Booking, refund and rescheduling policies.
Game Category One
Book at least 48 hours ahead. Your order is reviewed by our team. Bookings are non-refundable and may be rescheduled up to three times with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Game Category Two
Book at least one day ahead. Orders are confirmed immediately after payment. A cancellation and refund may be requested once within 24 hours of confirmation. Rescheduling is available up to three times with at least 48 hours’ notice.
